Question 1

What is Revauri AI?

Accepted Answer

An AI employee for the work you’d otherwise hire someone to do. You name the job. We build the workflow around how you already run, and we run it. After setup, you are not living in the busywork. A lot cheaper than a person on payroll.

Question 2

Is this cheaper than hiring someone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. That’s the point. We quote the job on a short call. There is no public price list because the number depends on the work.

Question 3

What jobs can it do?

Accepted Answer

Quiet leads, after-hours and missed calls, quotes with no second follow-up, review asks and replies, appointment reminders and no-shows, after-the-job check-ins, inbox and admin busywork, and reactivating past customers. The full list is on the Capabilities page. If your mess is not on it, name it and we will tell you whether we can take it.

Question 4

Does this replace my receptionist?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It can take the receptionist, front desk, and phone seat, the VA or admin busywork, office-manager admin work, and the nights you were doing it yourself. It does not replace the licensed tech doing the actual job.

Question 5

What if I already have someone doing this?

Accepted Answer

Then this can take that seat so you are not paying a salary for follow-ups, the phone catch, and busywork. The person who does the licensed job still does the licensed job.

Question 6

Will this grow my business?

Accepted Answer

First, costs, overhead, payroll, and headaches drop, so more of the money stays yours. Then missed calls, quiet leads, and dead quotes stop leaking, so more work comes in.

Question 7

What happens after I book?

Accepted Answer

A short call. We name the two jobs worth handing off first. Then we look at how they work today, quote the work, and build it.

Question 8

Do I have to approve messages?

Accepted Answer

During setup, yes — so it learns your voice. After that it runs on its own. You can still jump in. Nothing licensed, and no guessed prices.

Question 9

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Usually days once we have agreed the two jobs, not months. Texting your customers needs carrier approval, which usually takes 1–2 weeks; calls and email go live sooner. We will give you a real timeline on the call, after we have seen the job.

Question 10

Can it answer the phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as an add-on. It picks up the missed, after-hours, and overflow calls, takes the name, number, and what they need, and either books what you have pre-approved or gets them a callback. We scope it on the call.

Question 11

Will it quote prices or give medical or legal advice?

Accepted Answer

No. We set the phone hire up never to quote prices — pricing questions get handed to you — and it does not give medical, legal, or any other licensed professional advice. Anything sensitive goes straight back to you.

Question 12

What if the job is bigger than two workflows?

Accepted Answer

We quote that before we start. We will not quietly absorb a job that does not fit, and you will not get a surprise invoice.

Question 13

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 14-day notice to cancel. You can pause it any time — just tell us.

Question 14

Do you redesign websites here?

Accepted Answer

Not on this product. Website work is separate and only worth doing if the site itself is the leak — that is a separate quote.
